Vasilij Lenskij - Prezident of the International Association of Scientists and intellectuals, author of multipolarity theory and "Talgar" system.
KTU League of Youth Inovations ("KTU Jaunimo inovacijø lyga (JIL)", Lithuania) an organization of students, graduates, teachers united by an interest in new achievements in science and technology.
Goals of the League are collection and distribution of information about progresive fields of science and technology, about new theories; training of students professional skills. Members of the League participate in practical meeting on development of thought skills, generation of ideas; organize lectures and cultural events.
The League supports research and trainings in following fields: - intelectual, neuronal technologies(multipolar mathematics, multipolar chess, draughts, dominoes);
- environmental, external technologies (elektronics, monovibrators of Tesla, multipolar elektronics, physics, chemistry);
- body, internal technologies (Body training: yoga, ci-gun, athletics)
